Damsels- Alex Minetti- Maximum Risk

When first we meet her it is in the search for an Alex Bohemia, but later we find that her name is Alex Minetti. No matter the name, for anyone who grew up during the 80’s and 90’s you will most likely recognize the gorgeous Natasha Henstridge playing the unwitting partner to our hero Alain Moreau. Together they search for the truth about the death of Alain’s twin brother Mikhail at the hands of the Russian Mob.

Playing opposite Natasha Henstridge must be absolutely brutal.

The good thing about the undercover as a twin trope is that when Alex first sees what she thinks is Mikhail she is planting kisses all over him and is about two seconds from puttin’ a wet spot on the bed when Alain finally decides that he can’t just up and bang his twin brothers girl without at least mentioning that he had died first. For many women tragic deaths tend to “take them out of the moment” and that is what happens here for Alain as well, but credit goes to Mr. Moreau as I don’t know if I would have stopped her. If you’ve ever seen Species then you know what I’m talking about.

Do I even have to mention that she does eventually get herself captured? She wouldn’t be a damsel if she didn’t.

There’s an expression about putting pants on one leg at a time that makes it seem pretty uneventful but I enjoyed this gif very much.
