Damsels: Catherine Zeta-Jones – The Mask of Zorro
Catherine Zeta-Jones plays the beautiful Elena. Daughter to the ill-intentioned Don Rafael Montero. What Elena doesn’t know is that her “father” abducted her when she as just a baby and raised her as his own. Her birth father is the awesomely named Don Diego De la Vega. His life as the vigilante Zorro caused Montero and De la Vega to clash over the love of a woman and when Montero finally bested DLV he stole his child and raised her as his own. Coooold Bloooooded!
I don’t know what kind of magic Michael Douglas was using but somehow he landed the smokin’ hot CZT when she was still in her exotic and sexually stimulating prime. Remember Entrapment? I have no idea what that movie was about but I remember very clearly the scene where she’s dancing her way through the lazer beams in that tight black suit. The Mask of Zorro was probably the first movie where she got to strut her stuff (although I still love The Phantom) and strut she did. Her sultry looks and sharp tongue was a perfect match for the amazing Antonio Banderas.
You lookin’ classy girl.
Thanks Antonio.
