Today is not only JCVD’s birthday, but the kick off to our 2nd Annual Best Van Damme Week Ever! We are going to kick things off with a look at a rematch of one of the most memorable fights in action entertainment history….
In 1988’s Bloodsport, the battle between Jean-Claude Van Damme’s character, Frank Dux, and Bolo Yeung’s character, Chong Li, put the action world on notice that Jean-Claude Van Damme had arrived! And while the Kumite Finals are often talked about, many fans might forget that JCVD and Bolo crossed paths again a few years later in the 1991 film, Double Impact!
