Scene of the Week: Daredevil Hallway Fight
Marvel has been on a role for a while now, the pockets of those mutant loving nerds get fatter and fatter with each and every movie released.
Their jump into the television market hit some snags with Agents of Shield but Agent Carter continues to rock and both Netflix experiments have paid off big time, with more on the way. It’s an amazing time to be a comic book fan. There are so many movies and shows coming out each year I won’t be surprised when Plastic Man shows up on screen.
For those of you who are not big fans of lawyer by day/vigilante by night Daredevil, it would behoove you to take in a few episodes of the newish Netflix version of the character and let the non-Affleck-y awesomeness of the character sink in before you make your final decision on the program. The choice of Kingpin is absolutely great as a way to introduce Matt Murdock to the elements of crime in the area of Hell’s Kitchen and the all-at-once streaming option is perfect for impatient little brats these days.
Daredevil is “The man without fear”, but he’s also a pretty damn good fighter. Check out this scene where he throws fisticuffs with a handful of criminals in a poorly lit hallway.
