Scene of the Week: Miami Chainsaw Massacre

One of the greatest rags to riches stories is the tale of Tony Montana (Al Pacino) in Scarface. He only has two things, his balls and his word and he don’t break them for no one.

It must have taken brass cajones to go face to face with a chainsaw after being forced to watch a brutal chainsaw murder like Tony does in this week’s Scene of the Week. Not that Tony had much of a choice since he was tied up in the bathtub after a drug deal gone bad. Luckily Tony has his best friend Manny (Steven Bauer) looking out for him otherwise the world would have never gotten to see kingpin Tony Montana.  Scarface is very popular movie with memorable quotes, but to this day I can’t pick up a chainsaw without asking the closest person if they have ever seen Scarface while brandishing the saw in their face. Now that you know why my career as a lumberjack only lasted one day, enjoy the Scene of the Week.
