Tough Chicks: Angelina Jolie – Mr. and Mrs. Smith

Someone as attractive as Angelina Jolie could easily have these type of articles written about all of her movies. She does do quite a few action movies and she is, no doubt, hot in all of them. No matter how much good she is doing in the world with the UN and whatnot, she’s downright bad looking in most of her movies.

Angelina has been no stranger to the tabloid papers, as well, and no matter how many times I see her stretched out across the cover of People Magazine or US Weekly I still choose to remember her best from the times when she was pointing a shotgun directly at Brad Pitt’s face. Come back to me Angie….

In order to get a wider release Mr. and Mrs. Smith cut a reported “very steamy” sex scene between the two beautiful leads. Not only is that the most disappointing thing that I’ve heard so far today but it also leads me to my next question: Why aren’t there more female action stars like Angelina out there?

She has starred in the Lara Croft movies, Salt, Wanted, and that one movie where she was all CGI. But I think my absolute favorite Jolie was when she was trying to openly kill her husband in Mr. and Mrs. Smith. It’s the most realistic interpretation of real married life portrayed by two people who are far too attractive to be real people. Kick his ass Angie!
