Bullet Points: Strike Back: Vendetta (Part 7)
After last week’s dramatic episode of Strike Back, I couldn’t wait to see what happens next with Section 20. Enough talk. Let’s do this.
- To catch you up: In the most shocking moment in the history of Strike Back, Mac was murdered by Zayef. The last episode dealt with Mac’s tragic death. Killing off important characters isn’t something new for Strike Back. However, I’m still having problems processing his death. With only 4 episodes left, revenge must be swift and brutal.
- Bravo One: Damn, talk about another punch to the gut. Section 20 continues, no matter who dies, and Wyatt takes over Mac’s Bravo One call sign. The team wastes no time getting back into action, killing a lot of terrorists stone cold dead. The hunt for Zayef is on. Wyatt looks possessed. He’s out for blood. Can he keep his cool the entire episode? Luckily, he still has Novin to keep him somewhat calm.
- Falling van: Holy hell! Wyatt drives a van about as reckless as reckless can be, and he almost drives over a cliff. The scene is so tense, as the team tries to get out of the van. We wouldn’t need the final episodes, if the team went overboard. A shout out to Wyatt, for walking up to a dead terrorist and shooting him even more dead, after barely escaping the van of death.
- Demachi’s: The Albanians are back, and they are spilling blood everywhere. Mama Demachi doesn’t play. I wonder what Section 20 will do when they realize she witnessed Mac’s death? We also have a new Albanian arms dealer guy in this episode. How much do you want to bet he doesn’t make it past the next episode? Plus, Mama Demachi still hasn’t forgotten the blood feud she swore against Section 20. She wants the entire team to die a very painful death. It looks like it is going to end up being Zayef and the Damachi Clan vs Section 20 in the final boss battle of the series. We can only wait and see.
Now it is time for my declassification report for this episode:
- Who gets naked? I witnessed a maybe nipple. A very brief shot of a mobster’s girlfriend. Boo!
- Favorite quote? “Fuck, Wyatt! That’s a cliff!!” – Novin
- Update on Wyatt’s sense of fashion? He does wear a Hawaiian shirt, but it wasn’t as colorful as the rest of his wardrobe. I guess it matched his mood.
Section 20 stayed busy the entire episode. They killed a lot of baddies, while trying to grieve for Mac. The episode ends in a sudden cliffhanger, so we must wait another week to see if the team gets the closure they so desperately need.
- And the MVP goes to: Wyatt. Finally! Wyatt has an episode where he shines the brightest. His insanity made the episode, and I have a feeling this will not be his last MVP.
With only 3 episodes left, who will survive until the end? Keep it right here, at Bulletproof Action, for all your Strike Back coverage.
