Scene of the Week: Code of Silence
In 1985, Chuck Norris would make a film with Orion Pictures that felt unlike any other Chuck Norris movie up to that point. That film was Code of Silence.
In Code of Silence, Chuck’s Eddie Cusack is a Chicago cop who finds himself between a rock and a hard place. There is mob war going on in the streets of Chicago and Eddie’s fellow police officers don’t exactly have his back, after Eddie testified against a dirty cop.
In the midst of all this, Eddie is trying to protect the innocent daughter of one of the warring mafiosos, Diana Luna (Molly Hagan) and as you will see in this week’s Scene of the Week, Eddie takes his job very seriously.
The scene starts off on the streets of Chicago but the action ends up on top of one of Chicago’s L Trains and eventually into the Chicago River!
