Scene of the Week: Fitness for Life
Frank Zagarino sometimes gets lost in the shuffle when it comes to action stars of the past. While I can’t attest to all of his movies, I know I enjoy him every time he shows up. Movies like Armstrong, Convict 762 and the Shadowchaser series stick out. I have to admit to not seeing the Airboss series which nearly ruined self proclaimed Zags (as he is known around the BPA office) expert Chris the Brain. How can you be upset at an actor that starred in an action movie called Striker and a horror movie called Spiker? Frank Zagarino might not have been the best actor around, but his look and physicality have made him stand out. Frank has always been into physical fitness and competitive sports, third in the state of Florida in high school wrestling, suckers!
This week’s Scene of the Week takes a look at Frank Zagarino’s Fitness for Life, which not only is an excellent sizzle reel for Frank’s action work (Striker, The Revenger, Trained to Kill) but also it might also may be the single greatest ad for a personal workout.
