Scene of the Week: Black Death – Bandit Attack
2010’s Black Death is most famous for being that movie where Sean Bean dies an extremely horrible death. I know you’re probably thinking to yourself, “Can you be more specific?” The answer is yes, I could but I’d rather you just look it up yourself you lazy shit!
Sorry about that….
Beyond the final scene of Black Death, I couldn’t really remember a single thing from the film. The first season of Game of Thrones would come out that next year and most of the people who geeked out over that hadn’t yet seen Black Death so I’m sure it had a nice sophomoric season post-GoT. I propose, however, that we remember BD not for the grisly death at the end of the film, but for this scene of grisly, gruesome, and amazingly violent medieval killing. It certainly makes me want to re-visit the film. Check it out below.
