Scene of the Week: Superfights

The Seasonal Film Corporation holds a special place in our hearts here at Bulletproof Action, so much so we celebrated Christmas last year Seasonal style with our Seasonal 7 countdown… ranking all 7 of Seasonal’s efforts here in the United States.

Number six on the list was 1995’s Superfights… the story of a young man, Jack Cody (Brandon Gaines) who gets to achieve the dream of competing in his favorite combat sport after an act of heroism gains him national media attention and he is recruited to be the next Superfighter by Superfights big wig Robert Sawyer (Keith Vitali, No Retreat, No Surrender 3: Blood Brothers).

But for Jack Cody, his dream turns into a nightmare when he finds out the Superfights aren’t on the up and up, in more ways than one. This leads to the eventual showdown between Jack and his boss and that final showdown is this week’s Scene of the Week.
