House of Fangs: Return of 1970s Kung Fu Film Stars
Earlier this week Michael Worth and Grizzly Peak Films announced an Indiegogo campaign for a film that will be of great interest to fans of the old Kung Fu Theater days.
The working title is House of Fangs… which promises to be an action movie set in modern America, but done in the classic Kung Fu movie style.
The goal of the Indiegogo campaign will be to raise the necessary funds to fly in some legit Kung Fu movie veterans to participate in the film. Among the stars that are currently in the negotiation stage…
- Dragon Lee (Golden Dragon, Silver Snake and The Dragon’s Showdown)
- Angela Mao (Enter the Dragon and Lady Whirlwind)
- Bruce Le (Bruce, King of Kung Fu and Bruce’s Deadly Fingers)
- Don Wong (The Hot, The Cool and The Vicious and Fatal Needles Fatal Fist)
- Bruce Leung (Call Me Dragon and Bruce Against Iron Hand)
- Bruce Li (Dynamo and Iron Dragon Strikes Back)
There are plenty of perks for backers of the campaign including House of Fangs swag, a Blu-ray copy of the film, a “Making of” book, video messages from the stars, autographs, a thank you credit and even the chance to be in the movie.
